BRENHAM, TX HOME INSPECTIONS

Not Your Average Home Inspector

When it comes down to it, there are few home inspectors that know as much about home inspections as we do. We work hard to be the best home inspectors possible.

One of the ways we do this is by being members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors – also called InterNACHI. InterNACHI is the leader in the home inspection industry. Not only are they the largest home inspector association in the world. but they also have the most comprehensive and extensive training and education there is for inspectors.

One of the main parts of why we go the extra length and are members of InterNACHI is to hold ourselves to a higher standard. The InterNACHI Code of Ethics is just one example of why you should always hire us as a Certified Professional Home Inspector. We answer to a higher authority that ensures you are being treated right.

Ethan was incredibly thorough on our home inspection! This is our first time buying a home and we had a lot of questions for him, but he was so patient and professional when answering those questions! We are so thankful to have him as part of our home buying process!

Ethan and Sean were the best! They were able to talk me through the inspection in a way that I could easily understand all while being super thorough! As a first time homebuyer this was amazing!! I now feel so much better about my home and feel confident in the quality of the build. Highly recommend to anyone in the BCS area!!

Our first experience with Inspections of a home in 23 years. I can’t believe how thorough they are. Buyers tend to look at pretty, Inspectors look to find any defects while also giving compliment to great construction and design.

Ethan snd Shawn were amazing. They saved us completely on one house. The second one we have a few things to ask builder to repair but very happy with our decision and his advice.
Please do yourself a favor by choosing Shawn Moore and Ethan Townsend for your Inspection. Honest integrity. Thorough Inspections save you regret later. Moores Inspection is definitely your choice!
